At the end of the conference a collection of scientific articles in electronic format (PDF) will be published, the participants of the conference will receive electronic certificates.
Submission Deadline
The deadline for submitting materials is May 5, 2023, inclusive, ONLY on the website www.sci-conf.tou.edu.kz.
Articles sent AFTER the specified deadline and sent to EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
Venue: The conference will be held at the main building of Toraighyrov University, Room A-5.
Format: OFFLINE/ONLINE
The conference program includes:
ARTICLE REQUIREMENTS
1. Conference working languages: Kazakh, Russian, English.
2. The cost of publishing 1 (one) article is 3,000 TENGE (electronic collection). Payment is made
ONLY AFTER the article has been ACCEPTED BY THE RESPONSIBLE SECRETARY. For more
information about the Cost of Publishing an Article, please visit the website www.sci-conf.tou.edu.kz.
3. The volume of the article is from 3 to 5 pages in Times New Roman font (12 pt). You can learn
more about the Requirements for the formatting of articles and the Sample article formatting in
the "Authors" section on the website www.sci-conf.tou.edu.kz.
4. The originality of the article must be at least 60%. You can check the originality through
antiplagiat.ru, exactus.ru or any other free services. A certificate of plagiarism check is accepted
in JPG (screenshot) or PDF format, the title of the article/author must be clearly visible on the
certificate. Certificates that do not meet the requirements will be rejected.
5. The number of articles by one author (authors) is not limited.
6. In one article - no more than 5 (five) authors.
7. A scientific article must be relevant to the conference theme, be original, up-to-date, have
scientific novelty, justification of assumptions, comply with the rules of spelling, punctuation
and formatting requirements
8. The responsible secretary has the right to return for revision or reject materials that do not
meet the formatting rules, the section theme.
